Our Guarantee
All Pro-Fit Carry Systems manufactured products have a limited one year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. Pro-Fit will repair, replace or refund the purchase price at Pro-Fit's discretion of any product covered under warranty. This warranty does not apply to damage to the product caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, alteration, abuse or failure to read or follow instructions. Pro-Fit offers a 30 day satisfaction guarantee which gives the customer the option of returning their product without explanation within 30 days of receipt. The customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees, and will be refunded the purchase price of the items excluding shipping charges. Pro-Fit makes no other warranties unless prohibited by applicable state law, the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and all other warranties, expressed or implied, are excluded and do not apply to sales of Pro-Fit product for a particular use. Liability for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of Pro-Fit products is expressly disclaimed and excluded.
Returns for Credit: If you just want to return a product for credit back to your credit card, please contact Sales@Pro-FitCarrySystems.com to receive an RMA# if you fall within the 30 day money back guarantee policy. Just put the item in an appropriate box (you can usually use the same box it came in), and send it back to us with the RMA# clearly marked on the outside of the package. Please include your name, order number (if you have it), and email address. Priority mail is usually the cheapest and fastest method. We will credit your card within 7-10 business days from receiving your return, and we will mail out your corrected credit slip to your billing address. On credits, we will credit your card for the amount of the merchandise only.

Shipping
Shipping is calculated on a "real time" basis from UPS and FedEx plus a handling fee. Duty and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Priority mail is available for APO addresses and there is no guarantee of shipping time.

FedEx does not count weekend days or holidays. A FedEx Overnight order shipping on Friday will be delivered Monday. Likewise, a FedEx 2 day order shipped Thursday will be delivered on Monday, and a 2 day order shipped on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday. We can arrange for Saturday delivery of overnight shipments that leave on Friday but there is an additional charge of $10, and this service is not available for every zip code. Express shipments, 3 day, 2 day, or overnight need a signature for delivery. If there is no one available FedEx will leave a notice and attempt delivery the next business day.
International Orders
We can accept international orders with a credit card that has the same billing address as the ship to address. We can also accept wire transfers or an international money order in US funds. We will reserve your goods up to 2 weeks until payment is received.
